Kaysville Celebrates the Fourth of July

Kaysville has wrapped its celebrations with a production of, The Secret Garden, beginning June 29 and running through July 7. Tickets are $10 and the show will be presented in the Davis High Auditorium.
Sunday will see a Patriotic Devotional to begin the Independence Day activities at 7 p.m. in the Davis High Auditorium. The Kaysville Community Choir, the Davis High Drumline, and a guest speaker provide music.
Next is a Movie in the Park at Barnes Park Monday night. At the north end of Liston Field Puss and Boots: The Last Wish will be shown, while at the south end Top Gun: Maverick is on tap. Both shows will begin at dusk. Food trucks will be on hand to fill your need for movie treats.
Fourth of July festivities begin Tuesday morning at 6:30 a.m. with breakfast served at the Davis Technical College. The Rotary Freedom Run will start at the high school at 7:30 a.m. with 5K and 10K runs.
Kaysville is famous for its 4th of July parade. It starts at 10 a.m. and runs down Main Street. At five o’clock p.m., Barnes Park will be the place to relax with music and food trucks on hand. The fireworks will start at 10 p.m. Visit Kaysville website for details.
