This year’s fest includes a special treat for early risers, as the Annual Solar Eclipse offers a prime view right in Parowan between 9:08 am and 11:56 am, peaking around 10:28 am. Stop by the Visit Cedar City and Brian Head booth for a special observatory setup and protective eyewear to watch the eclipse safely.
