The Annual Community Veterans Dance returns to Orem each November, hosted by American Legion Orem Post 72. The evening brings big-band music and 1940s attire together in a tribute to local veterans, featuring a live 20-piece band playing swing and standards from the wartime era. Guests are invited to dress in their best 1940s formal wear and step back in time for a night of music and appreciation.

Held at the Luna Event Center in Orem, the dance runs from 7:00 to 9:30 PM and is open to anyone 14 and older. Veterans and a guest attend free, honoring their service. Whether attendees come to dance, listen, or simply show support, the event offers the community a chance to gather and celebrate those who have served.
