The Draper Haunted Trail returns to Ballard Arena for a fun, family hike designed for children 15 and younger. The rustic, wooded dirt trail is filled with creepy creatures, spooky sounds, and ghostly special effects, with the scares building as it gets darker. Costumes are encouraged, and families are welcome to arrive early for a less intense experience. The trail is about one-third mile long, mixing dirt and paved surfaces with some uneven terrain and hills.

The Haunted Trail runs Thursday through Saturday each October, from 4:30 to 10 pm with ticketed start times within that window. The event is held in light rain or shine, though it may be canceled during severe storms or nearby lightning. Closed-toe shoes are recommended, and strollers and pets are not permitted on the trail.
