The Beverley Taylor Sorensen Family Concert Series at BYU introduces children and families to live music in a setting designed for younger audiences. Each concert runs about 40 minutes, a length created with families and young attendees in mind, and every member of the family is welcome to attend regardless of age.

Family Concert Series in Provo, Utah

Each season features performances from the BYU Philharmonic Orchestra, BYU Symphonic Band, BYU Percussion Ensemble, and BYU Opera, held in venues on the BYU campus including the Music Building Concert Hall and the West Campus Mainstage Theater. Concerts are scheduled on select Saturdays throughout the season, giving families several chances to attend.

Tickets become available three weeks before each concert, and reserved seating is held until five minutes before showtime. Families in Provo looking for an approachable introduction to music can plan a visit to one of these upcoming performances.
