West Point comes alive each summer for Party at The Point, a beloved community celebration held at Loy Blake Park. Residents gather to honor Independence Day with a fun filled morning parade winding through the neighborhood. Families can also participate in various sports tournaments and community contests leading up to the evening festivities.

As evening falls, visitors settle in to enjoy live music performances and delicious offerings from local food trucks. The night culminates with a spectacular professional fireworks show choreographed to music, followed by an outdoor movie in the park. It is the ultimate way for the community to connect and celebrate together during the summer season.
