Davis County stretches between the Wasatch Mountains and the Great Salt Lake, taking in Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, Bountiful, Clearfield, Syracuse and a dozen more communities. The county government operates from the Davis County Administration Building on Main Street in Farmington and oversees services that residents use every day, from the Clerk and Recorder offices to the library system, health department, animal care and the Legacy Events Center.
