Over the decades, it underwent several transformations, including a rebuild after a fire in 1951 and a transition to live performances under the ownership of Charles and Vanessa Nelson in 1988. Today, the theater operates as a non-profit organization, offering a diverse array of family-friendly musicals, plays, and youth productions.
