Meet Nikki Nunez — powerhouse Realtor, founder, and fierce advocate for healing hearts. With a business brain from the University of Phoenix and a boots-on-the-ground real estate career launched in 2007, Nikki doesn’t just sell homes — she builds futures. As the force behind UtahBestRealEstate.com, she’s known for flipping properties with finesse, guiding relocations with heart, and negotiating like a boss in both residential and commercial markets.

But Nikki’s drive runs deeper than closing deals. After the unimaginable loss of her beloved son Logan in 2020, she transformed her grief into LoganLoved — a nonprofit that supports families navigating child loss and promotes mental health with compassion and grit.

Whether she’s conquering Utah’s rugged trails with her kids, drafting heartfelt newsletters about hidden gems like Mountain Green, or giving back with every transaction, Nikki leads with empathy, hustle, and unstoppable purpose.
