The Ogden-Weber Community Action Partnership (OWCAP) is a visible and vocal advocate for serving the needs of the community across Weber County. Headquartered at 3159 Grant Avenue in Ogden, OWCAP helps families move toward self-sufficiency through education, nutrition and support services.

Head Start and Family Services

OWCAP’s Head Start program recognizes that families are the prime educators of their children and works closely with parents to prepare children for school. Additional programs include the food pantry, energy assistance, family development and community partnerships that meet basic needs and build long-term stability.
