The Knotty Otter Woodworking is a family owned Utah woodshop where Jared Ott handcrafts custom cutting boards, charcuterie boards, stove top covers and specialty wood pieces one at a time. Every board is shaped, sanded and finished by hand from hardwoods such as walnut, maple, cherry and oak, chosen board by board for grain and character.
