OAX Clothing
Tamara Tran and Crista Crane created OAX Clothing to accomplish two goals. The first was to allow their daughters to learn business skills by owning and operating a profitable business, and the second was to support the Cambodia Job Foundation (CJF).
In 2015, Tamara and Crista joined the Cambodia Job Foundation (CJF) after hearing about the needs of the Cambodian people and CJF’s vision to provide them with the opportunity to rise above their circumstances from poverty to prosperity. Over the past five years, Tamara and Crista have united with CJF to organize events that have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars. These funds have been donated to move CJF’s vision to reality.
However, the foundation still needed a company willing to place a custom clothing order. Tamara and Crista saw this as a great way to accomplish both of their goals. With their daughters on board, they decided to go for it.
Through the help of friends and family, they hope to spread the word and show our community that these humble, talented women on the other side of the world are just like us: mothers, daughters, sisters, and aunts who want to provide for their families by using their talents and skills to be in business for themselves.
