Brigham City Peach Days - 2023

Every year in the beginning of September the city of Brigham hosts Peach Days. Although this area is rich in various vegetables and fruits, the most popular are peaches. Over 50,000 visitors come to Brigham City Peach Days to celebrate and taste some of the best peaches in the state.
The history of the peach festival in Brigham City dates back to 1904 It is one of the longest continually running harvest festivals in the state. This great tradition is one of the most awaited events in the area.
Wednesday, September 6
The Junior Peach Queen Pageant opens the Peach Days festivities. It will be at 6:30 p.m. at the Box Elder Middle School.
Wednesday – Saturday, September 6 – 9
Those who enjoy a good old-fashioned melodrama will enjoy this one at the Fine Arts Center – 58 S. 100 W. You can boo the villains and cheer the heroes to your heart’s content. Saturday will feature two shows – one at 2:00 p.m. and another at 4:00 p.m.
Thursday – Saturday, September 7 – 9
The Peach Days Quilt Show will be at USU Brigham City (989 South Main Street). Beautiful handcrafted quilts will be on display on the following schedule:
Thursday 2 – 8:00 p.m.
Friday 9– 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 9– 6:00 p.m.
On the same days, the Brigham City Library will be holding a book sale on the following schedule:
Thursday 4 – 6:00 p.m.
Friday 10 – 5:30 p.m.
Saturday Noon – 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, September 7
The Peach Queen Pageant will be held at the Box Elder High School and starts at 6:00 p.m. That address is 380 South 600 West.
Friday – Saturday, September 8 – 9
The Art/Crafts/Food Vendors booths open on Main St. and Community Center. They will be on the following schedule:
Friday 10 – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday 8 – 10:00 p.m.
The City of Fun Carnival will be open both days on the following schedule:
Friday 4 – 10:00 p.m.
Saturday 11 – 11:30 p.m.
This should be enough spinning and whirling to make you too dizzy to stand up, depending on how old you are.
Friday, September 8
The Peach Days Kick-off Parade starts at 6:00 p.m. at Main Street (200 S. to 300 N.).
Cheer your favorite athletes at a softball tournament that will be held at Pioneer Park from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m.
Free children’s activities start under the Main Street Arch at 6:30 p.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.
7:30 p.m. on the Main Street Stage (58 North Main Street), Vocalocity will be in concert. The show is free to the public.
Saturday, September 9
Celebrations open Saturday at 8:00 a.m. with a softball tournament at Pioneer Park. You can choose to cheer while you enjoy this good old-fashioned summer sport or you can run your guts out at the 10K run that starts at the same time. The race starts at Main Street Stage – 58 N. Main Street.
10:00 a.m. the Peach Days Car Show will open at Watkins & Pioneer Park. Entries are limited to 900 cars so there will be plenty to see and appreciate until closing at 5:00 p.m.
The Peach Days Parade will start at 10:00 a.m. This is a big event at Peach Days. It will start at 300 South and go to 600 North on Main Street.
The Harley & Custom Bike Show opens at 1:00 p.m. under the arch on Main Street. These custom bikes are amazing to see. Vision Band Entertainment will play during the bike show from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m.
The Second Annual Brigham’s Beard competition will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Main Street. If you can grow a beard like Brigham Young, you will have until 5:00 p.m. to show it off.
Peach Days finishes off with the Waiting for James Concert at 7:30 p.m. on Main Street. Mixed in with all these events will be the eating of many peaches just so you remember the purpose of all these festivities.
